Simple Pricing

InfoVerse® believes in building simplicity into everything we do, striving to Crush Complexity. We carry this through to our pricing model, keeping it as simple as possible for what is essentially quite a complex solution. Our focus is on KEEPING COSTS LOW, and generating a HIGH RETURN ON INVESTMENT for our Customers.

Pricing is based on a simple subscription per user per month, over a contracted period of 12, 24 or 36 months. There are four key components to the fees:-

  • Subscription Fees
  • Premium Support
  • Customisation

Pricing Model

Implementation Fees

Implementation Fees depend on the complexity of the Client requirements, the duration of the implementation, depth of training required and Client maturity both in systems and processes.

Implementation (AUD$)

  • Minimum – AUD$25k (~20 users)
  • Small – AUD$50k (~50 users)
  • Medium – AUD$100 (~100 users)
  • Large – $150k (~200 users)
  • Enterprise (negotiated by complexity)

NOTE: A typical implementation can range between 2 weeks to 6 weeks from contract signing through to go-live.


Subscription Fees

Subscription Fees are quoted for a 12 month contract, however small discounts may apply for longer contract terms of 24 or 36 months and for higher user numbers, e.g. 200+ users.

Customer Type

  • Medium Business, Enterprise or Government
  • Charity / Education (Schools, Colleges, Universities)
  • Small Business / Not For Profit

Subscriptions (AUD$ per month)

  • Business – AUD$100 per user
  • Charity / Edu – AUD$50 per user
  • SMB / NFP – AUD$75 per user (or by negotiation)

NOTE: All references to the Subscription Fee exclude the cost of Customer Microsoft M365/E3/E5 Licensing (e.g. M365, PowerBI Pro, PowerPlatform etc. and assumes the Customer already has their own Licences.


Premium Support

Premium Support is quoted for a 12 month contract, however small discounts may apply for longer contract terms of 24 or 36 months. Premium Support also includes future product upgrades with new feature releases. Premium support is mandatory.

Contract Terms Available

  • 12 months
  • 24 months
  • 36 months

Premium Support (% of Subscription Fee)

  • 12 months – 20%
  • 24 months – 15% (5% discount)
  • 36 months – 10% (10% discount)

NOTE: It is not possible to do a month-by-month subscription due to the complexity of each implementation and the general nature and lifecycle duration of the Solution.


Customisation

All customisations will be considered on their individual merit and necessity from the Customer perspective.   However, the core solution is reasonably flexible and modular and as a result is highly extensible and scalable

  • Customisation is priced separately to the implementation, subscription and premium support fees noted above
  • Customisations will be documented and managed through their own Statement of Work / Work Order (SOW)
  • Terms are either Fixed Price or based on a Time & Materials quote
  • A fixed rate card applies for Time & Materials work

NOTE: Some customisations may divert the product from the core solution and thereby make it impossible to support. In these circumstances these customisations are unlikely to be implemented.


Pricing Example

Big Data Business (med/large implementation)

For context, this Customer is a financial services regulated big data business with over $700m of annual revenue, with a deeply complex technical environment, a large IT annual investment (both opex and capex) of over $60m and managing multiple broad and deep portfolios of programs and projects, with full strategic alignment and benefit management.

  • User Base: 180 (growth from 60 to 180 over 5 years)
  • Budget: AUD$200m over 5 years (growth from $30m to $60m per annum then reduced to $40m)
  • Projects: 200+ (16 projects in first year to over 60 per annum by year 5)
  • Duration: 5 years

Fee Calculations

  • Implementation Fee: $50,000 one off (started with only ~60 users then 100, 125, 150, 180)
  • Subscription Fee: $16.2k per month (180 @ $90 per month – discounted 10% due to 3yr contract)
  • Premium Support: $1620 per month (180 @ $9 per month – discounted to 10% due to 3yr contract)
  • Customisations: $20,000 one-off (several small data and application customisations)

Total Costs

  • One Off: $70,000
  • Annual: $71,280 (Year 1) to $213,840 (Year 5)
  • Total Cost of Ownership: $800,620 (over 5 years)
